A valid order number or receipt is required to claim warranty service. Products must be purchased directly from Clipaza or an authorized retailer.

To submit a claim, contact us at info@clipaza.com with the following information:
- Your order number
- Description of the issue
- Clear photo or video of the product showing the problem
Once reviewed, our team will determine if the product is eligible for warranty coverage and will provide the next steps.
📦 Replacements
If your claim is approved, we’ll send a replacement at no additional cost. If the original product is no longer available, we’ll offer a suitable alternative or issue a refund.
